Betway 40/1 Racing Offer: 40/1 Cyrname to win Ascot Chase

Betway 40/1 Offer: Enhanced Odds of 40/1 on Cyrname to win the Ascot Chase on 15th February 2020

Betway are a top bookie when it comes to horse racing and they have regular enhanced odds racing offers aimed at attracting new customers. The latest such offer is a real cracker:

Betway 40/1 Racing Offer: Cyrname Ascot Chase Offer, Saturday 15th February 2020

With Cyrname having won his last three race over this course and distance, there is no surprise that he goes into the race as the 8/15 favourite. He only managed second place in the King George VI Chase on Boxing Day, but that was over the longer distance of three miles. Dropping back down to his favoured 2m5f distance, we think he’ll get the job done.

40/1 Offer Key Terms: New UK & Ireland customers only. Min Deposit: £10. First deposit matched up to £30. 1 x wagering at odds of 1.75+ to unlock Free Bet. Credit Card, Debit Card & PayPal deposits only. Terms apply – see Betway site for full details.

Betway Cyrname 40/1 Offer – Ascot Chase, Saturday 15th February 2020

When the Paul Nicholls-trained Cyrname beat the mighty Altior over this course and distance back in November, many pundits suggested we could have a new superstar on our hands. Fast forward to the three mile King George at Kempton on Boxing Day and Cyrname went into the showcase race as the 5/4 favourite, despite having never run more than two mile and five furlongs.

On that day the extra distance coupled with the soft ground proved a little more much for Cyrname, who finished second, but way back from the winner, Clan Des Obeaux. Dropping back down to the favoured distance of two miles, five furlong, and back on a track at which he scored a hat-trick prior to the King George, it looks like being a return to winning ways for the 169-rated eight year old.

With not a lot capable of challenging the favourite, more or less anything other than a really bad mistake should see Cyrname take his seventh victory over fences. Some punters might have a glance at the Nigel Twiston-Davies runner, Riders Onthe Storm, after winning at this course and distance back in December. But we think the favourite has more than an edge over his nearest rival in this one.

As such we’ll be backing Cyrname at the standard price, so if you haven’t already got a betting account with Betway, take full advantage of the 40/1 offer. If you do have an account with them, why not check out the 888sport bet £10, get £40 in free bets offer instead?
